3. After logging in, please click the “Edit Profile” link in the upper right hand corner and take a moment to enter or update your email address for notifications, reset your password, and confirm your information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND REMINDERS:

• Full payment is due on or before the first (1st) of each month.
• Easily make payments anytime using a Credit Card or bank Debit on our website at www.FarmvilleDiscountStorage.com We accept MC, VISA, and Discover.
• To avoid late fees, sign up for automatic monthly payments via Credit Card or ACH/bank debit.
• Any payments not received by the 5th will incur a late fee, as specified in the lease.
•  Invoices and receipts will be sent via email, so please ensure your email address is updated in your profile.
• In the event of payment delinquency, please be aware that your unit may be overlocked, and the eviction process will be initiated, adhering to the terms outlined in the lease agreement.

MOVE-OUT PROCEDURES: 

• We kindly request a minimum of ten (10) days' notice to our staff if you plan to move out.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in being held responsible for the following month's rent.
• Additionally, we request that you inform us once you have fully vacated the unit and completed the necessary cleaning.

 Rules and Regulations:

• Only one personal lock should be placed on your storage unit.
• Observe a speed limit of 5 miles per hour when driving through the facility.
• Park vehicles in a manner that does not block driveways.
• Food items are not allowed in the units to prevent rodent problems.
• Hazardous or dangerous chemicals, gasoline, and explosives are strictly prohibited in the units.
• When vacating, provide us with ten (10) days prior notice, and ensure the unit is cleaned and free of trash.
• Kindly note that no rent refunds will be granted for partial months.

Storage Tips:

• Store clothing in clothing bags for added protection.
• Opt for plastic totes instead of cardboard boxes for better durability.
• Avoid placing boxes on stuffed furniture.
• For mattresses and box springs, avoid direct contact with the floor or walls.
• Prior to storing, defrost and clean refrigerators, leaving the door slightly open.
• Organize your unit by placing frequently accessed items near the front.
• Utilize shelves or pallets to keep your belongings organized and off the ground.
• Label all your boxes for easy identification.
